Eighteen37 Management was founded on a simple idea: that property management should feel personal. Not transactional. Not automated. Personal.
We know happens when buildings are treated solely as investments rather than homes. Deferred maintenance. Unanswered calls. Tenants who never knew who owned the building they lived in.
Eighteen37 Management exists to do it differently. We own and operate our own properties and we're involved in every one of them. When something needs attention, we handle it. When you have a question, you reach a real person.
